Mallabe subscriptions are immediately available for use once purchased, but - if you encounter the "Account Subscription Expired or Missing" (Error 1512) message while integrating with Mallabe, it typically indicates that your subscription is either expired, is incorrect, or a monthly payment collection has failed.
This issue may seem straightforward, but users sometimes overlook it by selecting the wrong subscription or forgetting to add a subscription altogether, even if it's a free one. In Mallabe, different integration modules require specific subscriptions. To ensure you've selected the correct module, follow these steps carefully:
Login to your account.
Click on “API Keys” or navigate to https://app.mallabe.com/accounts/me/apikeys/ once logged in.
Click on “Subscriptions” tab.
Validate your active subscriptions.
Another reason for receiving the above error is a failure in our clearing system to collect the monthly subscription payment. The system will attempt to collect the payment a few times over a couple of days. If it remains unsuccessful, the subscription is automatically canceled.

Once your payment method is updated, the system will retry collecting any previously failed payments.
