What Happens If I Go Over My Plan Limits?

When a subscription nears its limits with 80% already utilized, an email will be dispatched notifying you that your account is approaching the monthly plan's threshold.

Secondly, depending on your subscription plan, the following conditions will apply:

• Free Plan: Once you have utilized 100% of the service, you will no longer be able to use the service. You will need to either upgrade your account plan or wait until the next month to resume usage.
• Paid Plan: Once you have utilized 100% of the service, any additional service requests will incur an overage charge based on your plan at the end of the month.

How Do I Validate My Current Limits?

Follow these steps to validate your current limits:

1. Login to your account.

2. Click on “API Keys” or navigate to https://app.mallabe.com/accounts/me/apikeys/ once logged in.

3. Click on “Subscriptions” tab.

   

4. View the relevant active subscription.
