Bank Transfer
Another payment option available is through a bank transfer. This involves transferring funds to an IBAN provided by us. It's important to emphasize that this method is accompanied by certain constraints and additional charges, including:
- Payments must cover the full yearly subscription. This requirement arises from the manual handling involved in bank transfers on our part.
- Transfer fees need to be included in the payment and paid by the payer - this means that payer need to select

- depending on their bank options, the options are explained below in the More About Transfer Fees
section.
- Yearly subscriptions cannot be canceled & refunded due to associated transfer costs (unlike PayPal transactions).
- Yearly subscriptions cannot be downgraded & partially refunded due to associated transfer costs (unlike PayPal transactions).
- Any upgrade to a subscription would require another transfer.
- Overages beyond the allocated service calls (e.g., Lite plan = 100 requests, Basic plan = 500 requests, Plus plan = 3000 requests) are not feasible unless discussed separately. This limitation stems from our inability to charge the account directly, as no alternative payment method is available.

Once we receive confirmation of your transfer, we'll proceed to activate your requested yearly subscription. Please note that while it will appear as a monthly subscription, it will actually be a yearly subscription.

More About Transfer Fees
The transfer amount varies depending on the "who pays the fees" options offered by your bank. Typically, banks provide options like "BEN", "OUR", "SHA", with some offering a "FULL OUR" option, which is what we require.
- OUR (sender pays all charges) In this type of remittance, the sender pays all charges, including those of the sending bank, intermediary banks, and the receiving bank. Therefore, the recipient will receive the full remittance amount without paying any charges.
- SHA (shared charges, sender pays sending bank's charges, and recipient pays receiving bank's charges) In this type of remittance, the sender pays the charges of the sending bank, while the recipient pays the charges of the receiving bank. The charges of intermediary banks will be shared by the sending and receiving banks. Therefore, the recipient will receive the remittance amount after deducting charges.
- BEN (beneficiary pays all charges) In this type of remittance, all charges will be borne by the recipient. The sender only needs to pay the remittance amount, and the charges will be deducted from the remittance amount. Therefore, the recipient will receive the remittance amount after deducting charges.
