After registering an account, every user is prompted to receive an activation email to click and activate the account.
- If you have not received that email, check your bulk and spam mail within your email inbox.
- If you want to resend the activation email, sign into the account with your email and password. The site will prompt you to resend the activation.
- If the account doesn't exist, that means that the wrong email was registered. Go back and re-register.
- If the activation email was resent and you still haven't received the activation, it is possible that your email service provider has blocked the outgoing activation email.
- Another possible reason is that you are using a custom domain and the MX records for email receiving/sending are not set correctly.
- If these still didn’t help - Mallabe is able to activate your account but keep in mind that you won’t be able to receive any other emails from us.
