• By yourself, through the subscriptions self-service portal.
• By contacting us through our support platforms, such as chat.

Canceling Subscription Through The Self-service Portal

Follow these steps to cancel an active subscription:

1. Login to your account.

2. Click on “API Keys” or navigate to https://app.mallabe.com/accounts/me/apikeys/ once logged in.

3. Click on “Subscriptions” tab.

   

4. Click on “Open Self Service Portal”.

   

5. Select the active subscription you would like to cancel.

6. Click on "Cancel Subscription" link.

7. Click on "Confirm Cancellation”.
